Lower walks, villages, lakes, local food and time at home remain part of the journey even when lifts are closed.

We will not promise a summer that never ends.
The closure period is not identical across Alleghe, Falcade, Arabba and Marmolada. Some services finish in September; others continue through October or into early November. Dates must be checked with the official source for each area.
November can bring frost and early snow. High-altitude hiking requires caution; village, woodland and valley-floor walks are often more suitable. An apartment with a kitchen and liveable space also makes slow hours or an uncertain-weather day more enjoyable.

Can I ski in November?
It is not guaranteed. Early winter openings depend on the resort, snow and slope preparation. Do not book on the assumption of skiing without official confirmation.
What can I do without lifts?
Lower and mid-altitude walks, villages, lakes, cultural visits, local food and rest days. Activities must always suit weather and safety conditions.
